Quality Objectives

Measurable objectives are established at relevant levels of the organization. Objectives are established relative to:

·         Product Quality >99% Customer Product Acceptance

·         Customer Satisfaction >85% Satisfaction Rating

·         On Time Delivery >95% to Customer P.O. dates

·         Employee Development – Documented employee training on an annual basis

Additional objectives may be developed as part of the continuous improvement program at the departmental level.
